Pokémon Advanced Version, created by developer VictiniD, is a massive upgrade and feature-rich overhaul of Pokémon FireRed. Maintaining the familiar narrative framework of Kanto, the hack focuses heavily on modernizing the entire experience by introducing an expanded roster of over 1,000 Pokémon spanning Generations 1 through 8, updated battle mechanics, and a day-and-night system.
