Pokémon Emerald 386

Description
It is the definitive "vanilla+" experience for Pokémon Emerald, designed for players who want to complete the Generation 3 Pokédex as a solo player. This ROM hack's primary goal is to make all 386 Pokémon obtainable naturally without needing to trade or use external events, all while preserving the original game's core mechanics, balance, and classic feel. This is not a modernization hack; there are no new types, modern mechanics, or difficulty changes. Instead, it carefully integrates every missing Pokémon, item, and event into the world seamlessly. With restored special events, a new "trade-helper" NPC, and repeatable access to all TMs and Move Tutors, this is the original Pokémon Emerald... just finally completable on its own.
Features
- Complete Your Pokédex Solo: The main goal of the hack. All 386 Pokémon from Generation 3 are obtainable in-game without needing to trade, connect to other games, or use special event hardware.
- Preserves the Original Emerald Experience: This is a "vanilla+" hack. It does not add modern mechanics like the Physical/Special split, the Fairy type, running indoors, or any post-Gen 3 content. The original difficulty and balance are intentionally maintained.
- All Special Events Restored: The original, official special events for tickets like the Eon Ticket, Aurora Ticket, and Mystic Ticket are fully restored and accessible in-game.
- New Legendary Pokémon Events: The legendary Pokémon from Generations 1 and 2 that were missing from Hoenn have been added with their own new, appropriate, and lore-friendly events.
- Trade-Helper NPC: A special NPC has been added who will facilitate trade evolutions for you. You can give them your Pokémon, and they will trade it back to you in its evolved form, allowing you to keep your original Pokémon.
- Repeatable Access to All TMs & Tutors: All TMs eventually become available for re-purchase, and all one-time Move Tutors can be reset, giving you unlimited access to every move.
- Expanded Fossil Regeneration: The fossil reviver in Devon Corp. can now regenerate every fossil Pokémon from the first three generations.
- De-spawn Safety for Legendaries: More legendary Pokémon (and the Sudowoodo) are now protected from permanently disappearing if you accidentally defeat them or run away.
- Seamless Integration: All new content is designed to feel natural. NPCs will hint at new Pokémon locations or in-game trades, and NPC trainer teams have been slightly expanded to trigger "seen" flags in the Pokédex for the newly available Pokémon.
