- All Double Battles : Every trainer battle and wild encounter after saving Professor Birch has been completely overhauled into a double battle format.
- Mega Evolution & Terastallization : Both battle gimmicks are included at various stages of the game, along with a dedicated system to change your Pokémon's Tera Type.
- Gen 9 National Dex : Features every Pokémon through Generation 9 (including Legends: Z-A spritework), with 680 BST legends becoming available through side stories and patches.
- Pokémon Rebalancing : Many Pokémon received buffs to stats, abilities, and movepools, ranging from minor defensive boosts to total overhauls.
- Minimal Grinding Mode : Includes toggles for 0 EVs and perfect IVs found in Birch's Lab, alongside Super Candies that instantly level Pokémon to the current cap.
- Unpredictable Bosses : Major trainers use party pools for their teams, ensuring you never know exactly which Pokémon you will face, making Hardcore Nuzlockes more difficult.
- Randomized Starters : Start your journey with randomized Fire, Water, and Grass starters from three different regions, plus a second gifted starter from Birch.
- Expanded TM Case : Includes every TM found in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, plus two brand-new custom TMs.
- Modern QoL Features : Features Infinite Repel, an IV/EV editor, DexNav, Following Pokémon, HM improvements, and a Pokévial that heals your team and grows as you defeat Gym Leaders.
- New Areas and Story : Explore expanded locations and a new side story that eventually unlocks legendary encounter areas.
- Legends Z-A Content : Includes Mega Stones and Mega Pokémon from Legends: Z-A, available at the Lilycove Department Store.
- Advanced Mechanics : Fully implemented Physical/Special Split, Fairy type, Day/Night cycle, and updated battle backgrounds.
