Features
- All Pokémon (Generations 1-3) Available: Most Pokémon from the first three generations are obtainable, with the exception of 18.
- Physical/Special Split: Moves are categorized as physical or special based on the move itself, not its type, updating the battle system to Generation 4 and beyond standards.
- Updated and Harder Battles: Gym battles, rival fights, and encounters with evil team leaders have been made more challenging.
- Generation 4 Evolutions: Pokémon that received new evolutions in Generation 4 can now evolve into those forms.
- New Moves: The move pool has been expanded to include moves from later generations, such as Night Slash and Energy Ball.
- Bug-Type Rework: The Bug type has been rebalanced; it is no longer resisted by the Fighting type, and the stats of many Bug-type Pokémon have been adjusted.
- Poison-Type Rebalanced: The Poison type has undergone balancing changes.
- New Routes: The game includes entirely new areas to explore.
- All Legendaries Available: All legendary Pokémon are obtainable within the game.
- Reworked Fishing: You will always get a bite when fishing, removing the timing-based mechanic.
- Free Move Relearner: The Move Relearner's services are now free of charge and an additional one has been added in Mauville.
- Auto Field Moves: Field moves like Cut and Surf are used automatically without needing to select them from the party menu.
- Reusable TMs: TMs can be used multiple times without breaking.
- Catch-up EXP: Pokémon at a lower level will gain more experience points, based on the level difference with the highest-leveled Pokémon in your party.
- PokéNav Tutorial Removed: The tutorial for the PokéNav has been taken out for a quicker start to the adventure.
