- Global EXP Share : No more grinding in tall grass; you can choose which Pokémon in your team receives experience without entering battle.
- Medical Kit (PokéVial) : Available from the start, this allows you to heal your entire team anywhere, though it must be refilled at a Pokémon Center counter once charges run out.
- Fly from the map : After the second badge, your Map Key Item is upgraded to unlock fast travel across the region in seconds without the need for the Fly HM.
- Pokémon Mounts : No more HMs; use specific Pokémon mounts like Aron to smash rocks or Kleavor to cut obstacles.
- Battle Information Menu : Lets you check real-time battle information and stat changes for smarter and more strategic decision-making.
- Online Game Guide : An updated guide found in the game folder that opens in your browser to help you through your journey.
