Description
A custom Pokémon ROM Hack prequel set 15 years before the events of Pokémon Crystal. Players travel through the Johto region as Draco or Dahlia to collect eight badges and uncover a conspiracy to take over the region from the shadows.
Features
- Expanded Pokédex: Includes 400 Pokémon from Generations 1-4, 6, 8, and 9, as well as regional forms, several Fakemon, and beta Pokémon.
- Modern Movepool: Features 426 moves ranging from Generations 1-9, including original moves and modern move logic.
- Multiple Versions: Available in Original, Faithful (no type changes), No PSS (no physical/special split), and Challenge (level caps and no items) modes.
- Physical/Special Split: Implementation of the modern battle mechanic to separate moves into physical or special categories.
- Modern Quality of Life: Includes the Fairy-type, Running Shoes, B2W2 Repel system, infinite use TMs, and a Generation 6 style Exp. Share.
- Visible Stats: DVs and EVs are now visible directly on the Pokémon stats screen for easier training.
- Trainer Rematch System: A rematch system inspired by Pokémon Glazed that allows you to battle certain trainers again.
- Increased Shiny Odds: Features an improved swarm system and specific passwords that can increase the likelihood of finding shiny Pokémon.
- Competitive Balancing: Pokémon with sub-500 base stats have been buffed, and many typings and movepools have been altered to increase usability.
- New Evolution Methods: Added new items like the Link Cable, Royal Rock, and various "izers" to evolve Pokémon that originally required trading.
- Expanded Content: Includes 70 TMs, 17 Move Tutor moves, new locations, new music, and updated trainer sprites and classes.
- Password System: Use special codes at the start of a new game to unlock different starters (like Bagon or Gible) or gameplay modifiers like "Solo Run."
- Ability System: Introduction of Pokémon abilities which can be toggled on or off in the options menu for a customized experience.
- New Bag Pockets: Features a dedicated bag pocket for Berries, including EV-lowering berries and pinch stat-raising berries.
- Hard Level Caps: Challenge Mode introduces mandatory level caps based on the number of badges obtained to ensure a difficult experience.
