Pokémon Lazuli is a high-fidelity fan game featuring Generation 4 styled graphics and a brand new region focused on cinematic storytelling. It introduces two custom types to the roster-the Sound type and the Earth type-complete with their own unique movepools and type matchups. The game is packed with modern features including Following Pokémon, a multi-quest journal system, mining mini-games, and built-in Nuzlocke/Randomizer modes. With remixed Gen 4 mechanics and a character-driven plot, Lazuli delivers a polished and modern RPGXP experience.

- Multi-Ability System - Pokémon can have more than one ability active; demo includes beta of ability cost constraint linear programming.
- Triple Battles - 3v3 battle format fully supported.
- New Mega Infusion System - Custom mechanic similar to Mega Evolution.
- Z-Moves - High-powered, single-use moves return from Gen VII.
- Royale Battles - 1v1v1v1 free-for-all battles with King of the Hill and KO modes.
- 3v1 Battles - One trainer faces three others with a 50% defense boost.
- SoS Battles - Wild Pokémon call for allies, who get stronger every second call.
- 18v18 Battles - Large-scale partner triple battles.
- 12v12 Battles - Large-scale partner double battles.
- Custom Battle Frontier Facilities - Brand-new facilities unique to Pokémon Voyager.
- Classic Frontier Facilities - Battle Tower, Battle Pyramid, Battle Factory, Battle Dome, Battle Pike, Battle Arena, Battle Palace.
- Battle Royale Facility - Custom Royale battle formats.
- Battle Arcade - Random effects via roulette at the start of each trainer battle.
- Battle Satellite - Microgravity battles with Ground immunity and end-of-turn Speed drops.
- Battle Barn - SoS chaining battle facility with scaling stat boosts.
- Battle Library - Use any moves or abilities, but each can only be used once per run.
- Battle Rink - Ice puzzle gauntlet with trainers and healing checkpoints.
- Frontier Mode/Sandbox Menu - Fully customizable battle settings, randomizers, and saved teams.
- Entry Hub - Central location to start with a random team, earn Frontier Coins, and manage party, moves, and items.
- Gym Leader Gauntlet Challenge - Battle all gym leaders in a row to earn a spot in the Hall of Fame.
- Frontier Coins System - Earn coins even if you lose, based on performance.
- Tier System Overhaul - Tiers are unlocked per facility across all modes; losing doesn't reset tier.
- Flexible Team Options - Choose your own team, randomize, or customize from scratch for each challenge.

Project Version: Demo 0.1.6 (In Development) - 01/02/2026 - This is a playable early demo. The story in the new Adano region is currently playable up to the 2nd Gym, offering approximately 2-3 hours of gameplay. The full game is still a work in progress, with more content planned.
