Completed - 22/12/2021 - Pokémon Mega Platinum is a completed Nintendo DS ROM hack of Pokémon Platinum by POkeRaptor. The hack introduces newer generation Pokémon, custom Fakemon, and permanent Mega Evolution forms into the Sinnoh region.
