A modification of Pokémon Heart & Soul that incorporates missing options, QoL enhancements, and bug fixes from the Pokémon Modern Emerald base engine to offer a fully customizable Johto experience.

- Updated Base Engine : Built on the latest Modern Emerald 3.5 base, introducing numerous QoL improvements, stability enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Full Decapitalization : The entire game text has been decapitalized for a modern feel, complete with auto-switch to lowercase when typing.
- FRLG Sprites with Animations : Features FireRed/LeafGreen Gen 1 Pokémon sprites enhanced with custom double-frame animations.
- Map Previews : Displays map previews for dungeons and special locations inspired by HGSS and FRLG.
- Visual & Audio Customization : Includes optional FRLG or Emerald fonts, FRLG battle terrains (with night variants), and a GBS Sounds object to listen to original music.
- Trainer Rematches : Adds 31 registered trainer rematches across Johto and Kanto routes that scale dynamically with your badge progress.
- Flexible Difficulty Options : Features Easy, Normal, and Hard difficulty modes adjusting level scaling, catch rates, badge boosts, and EXP gains.
- Restored Trading & Ball Fixer : Restores trading via the Ecruteak City Pokémon Center and includes an NPC to fix special Pokéball data to prevent Bad Eggs.
- Expanded Options Menu : Restores options for bike, surf, wild, trainer, and frontier battle music, cursor memory, 2x animation speed, brighter nights, and sound effects.
- Custom Challenges Menu : Allows toggling of type charts, original vs modern stats/types, lockable difficulty, Gen 1 recharge mechanics, and catch rates.
- New Legendaries Added : Arceus Egg can be purchased at the Battle Frontier shop (999 BP), and all six Regis can be caught in Artisan's Cave.
- Built-in Cheats & Stat Helpers : Includes a Cheating Girl NPC in Cherrygrove for infinite items/editors, plus IV setters, EV resetters, and an EXP Nurse in Saffron Dojo.
- Safari Zone Rework : Divided into 10 distinct areas (6 in Johto, 4 in Kanto) with unique encounter tracking for Nuzlocke modes.
- Extra Mechanics & Minigames : Features Voltorb Flip in casinos, room decoration, Pokénav condition menu, chain fishing, sweet scent chaining, and custom follower selection.
- Massive Bug Fixes : Resolves map tile and collision issues, text typos, Rocket Takeover music loops, Pokégear map issues, and daycare fee bugs.
