- Fully updated battle engine incorporating movesets, abilities, and type mechanics up to Generation 9
- Includes functional Mega Evolution during combat, reincorporating Gen 8 Gigantamax forms as Megas
- Gym Leaders feature unique field effects and enforce strict limitations on your party size to keep battles fair
- Optional Minimal Grinding Mode that automatically sets EVs to 0 and IVs to 31 for all Pokémon
- Optional Hardcore Nuzlocke Mode that enforces standard nuzlocke rules directly in the engine's programming
- Includes a togglable Candy Mode providing access to an Infinite Candy item for instant leveling
- Fully implemented DexNav to easily locate, track, and catch wild Pokémon on overworld routes
