It is a project that revamps the sprite art and gameplay of BARO's romhack classic: Pokémon Quartz. It is a "best as could be done" offshoot of the former Quartz DX project: using its assets, adding some new content, and fixing many bugs from the original game. Think of it like an "upper version" of the original Pokémon Quartz.

- Fakemon Rebalancing : Rebalancing of all of the fakemon stats and movesets
- National Dex-izing : Rebalancing and national dex-izing of the game's trainers and encounter tables to make all 386 fakemon available
- Overworld Tilesets : Freshened up overworld tilesets from Pokemon Emerald
- Bonus Events : A few bonus events & new content as well.
- Original Script : The original game's script; typos and spanglish in all, has been retained.
