Description
Randolocke is a Nuzlocke-oriented randomized Emerald ROM hack, inspired by the ROM hack used in PChal and Pointcrow's Nuzlocke Invitational Tournament.
Features
- Every Pokémon up to and including Gen 9
- Wild Pokémon, Trainer Pokémon, and gift Pokémon randomized to similar BST (Starters & gifts have 3 perfect IVs)
- All abilities randomized (except Shedinja's)
- All moves randomized (including TMs, excluding HMs)
- All field/gift items randomized
- All Tutor moves randomized
- Every Pokémon learns 21 moves at the same levels (7 STAB, 7 non-damaging, 7 damaging)
- All Pokémon can learn every move
- Hard level caps between badges:
- Trainer Pokémon scaled to level caps
- Improved opponent AI for extra challenge
- HMs usable outside battle without teaching them
- HMs can be forgotten like normal moves
- View Pokémon IVs in the summary screen
- Slightly expanded bag size
- New QoL Key Items
- Old Rod sailor moved to Route 103 for early fishing
- Pokémon added to Scorched Slab
- Added Water to Littleroot Town & Grass to Oldale Town
- Evolution convenience updates
