Description
From the quiet woods of Mitis Town, a new journey begins-one that will change your life forever. Today marks the start of your Pokémon adventure, as you and your lifelong rival Jake race to Professor Cypress's Lab. After a visit to the nearby excavation site with your parents, you're offered your first Pokémon and a Pokédex-just in time for a fiery first battle against Jake. But before you set off, your parents give you a strange parting gift: a Bronze Brick necklace, gleaming with mystery. As you battle your way down Route 1, taming wild Pokémon and challenging eager trainers, Jake bursts onto the path-panicked and breathless. Something's terribly wrong.

- Light (X*): The physical light, rather than the idea of good. Some retyped Pokemon are the Mareep line and Heliotop line. Some retyped moves are signal beam, flash, and photon geyser.
- Cosmic (X*): Pokemon from outer space. Some retyped Pokemon are the Clefairy line and Deoxys.
- Type chart to acommodate new types:
- No random encounters, now featuring overworld encounters in the style of Pokemon Sword/Shield
- Dataspaces: a new concept where Data-type Pokemon create their own world inside the computer. To catch the Pokemon and escape, you must face challenges in the digital expanse
