Developed by Strudel and the Moemon Project, the patch completely transforms the original game's roster into Moemon—cute, anthropomorphic anime-girl versions representing each species—while preserving the original story, gameplay, Delta Pokémon system, and custom features. Set in the completely original Torren Region, the game features a dark, mature storyline focusing on secret cults worshipping legendary Pokémon.
