Developed by mod developers Rat (6KG sewer rat), Tralvus, Arez Vii, and firestorm301, the patch completely transforms the original game's roster into Moemon—cute, anthropomorphic anime-girl versions representing each species—while preserving the original story, gameplay, custom Field Effect system, and custom features. Set in the polluted, post-apocalyptic Reborn Region, the game features a dark, mature storyline focusing on reclaiming a decaying metropolis from various villainous factions.
