The game currently is beatable when it comes to gameplay and trainer changes however the Post-Game is still vanilla post-game for now regarding trainers. Dialogue changes stop a lot sooner at around Badge 3 due to a greater focus of dev time on gameplay changes and the sheer quantity of dialogue needing to be changed. However, thanks to gameplay being primarily done, dialogue updates will be rolled out sooner than you may think!
