The storyline takes place in the Durhanmo Region, where crime has been steadily rising over the past few years. In response to this chaos, a mysterious and perplexing figure named Jashin has arisen, quickly becoming revered as a deity by many of the local residents. Jashin promises to cleanse the world of criminals and those who exploit society, but his extreme methods draw the player into a conflict against his fanatical followers, the Jashinists.
