Randolocke is a Nuzlocke-oriented randomized Emerald ROM hack, inspired by the ROM hack used in PChal and Pointcrow's Nuzlocke Invitational Tournament.

Every Pokémon up to and including Gen 9
Wild Pokémon, Trainer Pokémon, and gift Pokémon randomized to similar BST (Starters & gifts have 3 perfect IVs)
All abilities randomized (except Shedinja's)

All field/gift items randomized
All Tutor moves randomized
Every Pokémon learns 21 moves at the same levels (7 STAB, 7 non-damaging, 7 damaging)

HMs usable outside battle without teaching them
