Gym Leaders have been swapped with new teams balanced around the positions they have taken (exBrawly (now last in Elite 4) and Drake (now 2nd gym leader) have swapped)

New Gym Leaders have been given new TMs that correspond with their type (mostly)

Roxanne has been swapped with Steven in all of his cutscenes throughout the game

Rare Candies can be bought in all Poke Marts for 1 Pokedollar for easy leveling

Evolution Stones and original gym TMs have been added to the Lilycove Department Store

The Thunderbolt and Ice Beam TM locations have been swapped so Glacia gives the Ice Beam tm for the New Mauville Plot.

The first Wally fight has received a slight upgrade (for the vibes)
